LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A Lufkin woman accepted a probation sentence in connection to a meth lab bust at an Angelina County motel in 2010.

Laura Melissa Hough, 35, pleaded guilty to possession of certain chemicals with intent to manufacture, accepting a five-year probation sentence.

According to a previous report, Angelina County deputies raided her room at American Motel on U.S. 59 North, in April 2010, following an anonymous tip.

Deputies reported catching them counterfeiting money and having components of a meth lab. They also arrested her husband, Marshall Neal Hough, 36, of Highlands.

The Angelina County District Attorney's Office dismissed forgery charges against the pair in June.

As part of the plea agreement, Hough must work 160 hours of community service.
