Grant's Cheesy Shell Steak Tacos
Jalapeño Chipotle dip mix from Sweet Gourmet
Mexican mix blend shredded Cheese
Pico de Gallo
Salsa (Prairie Creek Salsa from Sweet Gourmet)
Sprinkle your skirt steak with the Jalapeno Chipotle mix on both sides. Grill the steak to your liking. Once done, slice the steak against the grin of the meat for extra tenderness. Next on a hot skillet or griddle place about ½ cup of mix cheese a spread out to about the size of a small pancake. While the cheese is melting place Pico de Gallo, sliced steak, and shredded lettuce on top of the cheese. Once the cheese hardens enough, fold the cheese over to form the shape of you taco. Place on a plate and cover with salsa.
