LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Jury selection for a former kidney dialysis center nurse has been rescheduled for January, according to the Angelina County District Attorney's Office.

Selection will begin on Jan. 23 and is expected to last up to a month.

Saenz worked for Davita Dialysis Clinic in Lufkin in 2008, when it was closed down after an unusual amount of patients of the clinic died.

A grand jury indicted Saenz for one count of capital murder and five counts of aggravated assault in 2009, accusing her of injecting bleach into the bloodstream of patients.
