The Diner's East Texas Benedict
A new twist on an old fashioned recipe
Ingredients:
One freshly baked biscuit
Two freshly cooked sausage patties
Two eggs
Cream gravy
Your favorite breakfast potato
Directions:
Take the biscuit, split in half and place on plate. Put one piece of sausage on each half. Cook your eggs to order and place one egg on each sausage patty. Pour cream gravy over the top and dig in.
