What About Kabob's Spicy Falafel
2 cups chick peas
2 TBS finely chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 TBS cumin
6 TBS bread crumbs
cooking oil for frying
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs or 1 cup water
1 tsp coriander
Process chickpeas in food processor. Place in large bowl and add all other ingredients. Shape into rounds about the size of a golf ball each.
Fry in medium-hot oil until brown on each side.
Use in wraps and sandwiches or however you'd enjoy them!
