In the race for commissioner of Precinct Three, Former Justice of the Peace Jim Holley has filed. That office is currently held by Allen Sumners. Lufkin Police officer Trent Burfine will run as a Democrat for Constable of Precinct One. Incumbents Belton Wayne Havard and William Wade have filed for re-election in Precincts three and four, respectively.
