Nacogdoches Police report catching Ark. man with drugs at bus station

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nacogdoches Police arrested an Arkansas man early Tuesday after reportedly catching him with drugs in the bus.

According to the report, officers spoke with Reynaldo Garza Sepulveda, 40, of Clarksville, Ark., 12:37 a.m., inside the bus at the Kerville Bus Station, located at 2915 Northwest Stallings Drive. The report states Sepulveda "displayed nervous behavior." Officers frisked him and discovered a bulge in his pants that was later found to be 47 grams of cocaine and marijuana.

Police arrested Sepulveda on charges of possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.
