Brawl breaks out at high school football game in La.

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A brawl involving players at one high school football game caused the contest to end early.

The Parkview Baptist School Eagles in Baton Rouge hosted the Baker Buffaloes in a district game Friday night.

In the second half, with Parkview up 22-0, Baker's whole team ran onto the field and a fight ensued.

The game was stopped and Parkview was declared the winner.

It is still unknown what sparked the brawl.

PBS head coach Kenny Guillot called the incident unfortunate, but refused to give a full comment on what happened.

However, one Parkview graduate described what she witnessed.

"The entire Baker team started running onto the field and all of the coaches were trying to get people off each other," said Alisha Butler. "It was a pretty bad brawl. The policemen had to come out and they were having to separate everyone and they called the game."

Guillot was reportedly punched during the brawl, but that has not been confirmed.

It is also unknown if there were any injuries or arrests.
