Lufkin Panthers on the road this week for a Saturday game against Oak Ridge

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

The Lufkin Panthers will be back in action and on the road to Conroe to play Oak Ridge this week after having a week off.

Add to that, the Panthers are playing on Saturday this week at Woodforest Stadium.  Tickets for the game will go on sale Thursday, 7 am – 3 pm.  The ticket office, located at LISD Transportation (bus barn) will open again Friday from 7 am – noon.  Pre-sale tickets for adults are $6.00 and $3.00 for students.  Tickets will be $7.00 at the gate.

Head Coach and Athletic Director John Outlaw is coming off his 300th career win against The Woodlands.  Over the last 17 years Coach Outlaw has 173 wins and 45 losses at Lufkin, including a state title in 2001.

Lufkin is 6-1-0 on the season.
