Lufkin man to plead guilty in federal meth conspiracy

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man will plead guilty to his part in a federal meth conspiracy case involving 13 other Angelina County residents.

Federal court documents show Gary Justin Kelley, 26, of Pollok, will enter a plea on Monday at the Lufkin federal courthouse.

Documents also show he will plead to Count 23, which alleges he purchased pseudeophedrine on Feb. 27, 2009, at a CVS in Lufkin in order to make meth.

Robert Wayne Dillahunty, 40, pleaded guilty in September to his part in the crime. His sentencing will be held at a later date.

The remaining 11 defendants in the case have until Monday to let the court know of any plea agreements. Otherwise, they will be tried together on November 14.

Lyndsey Denise Miller, 21, of Lufkin.

Krystal Nicole Slusher, 25, of Lufkin.

Mandy Nicole Slomba, 21, of Lufkin.

Tiffany Lorelle Stovall, 22, of Lufkin.

Steven Edward Beam, 25, of Huntington.

Loyd Leon McElreath Jr., 50, of Lufkin.

Amanda Hodges, 25, of Diboll.
