Jacksonville native Breezy Lake is the creator and director of the Hospitality Administration Program at Lon Morris College. Classes are held in the historic Landmark Building where students can also get practical experience in "Sadler's at the Landmark", a restaurant owned by Rob Gowin, owner of two other Jacksonville restaurants.

The hospitality program not only feeds into major universities, it provides five star hospitality for East Texas. "Culinary Tourism" is a term often used by Lake, and certainly good food is a lure for all tourists. With the downturn of the economy, bringing more tourists into East Texas to taste our food, see our sights and enjoy our hospitality, is what Breezy Lake and this Lon Morris program are all about.
