NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office deputies have found more stolen equipment at a fourth residence in the county, according to the sheriff.
Sheriff Thomas Kerss said deputies are processing equipment at a residence in the Central Heights area. He said Monday's search warrant connected them to this residence, where they have found more four-wheelers, trailers, lawn mowers and other farming equipment.
Kerss estimates that his office has uncovered more than $500,000 in stolen equipment between the four residences.
"One high-priced zero-turn lawn mower was reported stolen from the City of Nacogdoches," Kerss said. "But a lot of this is from other jurisdictions."
Kerss said Friday's arrests of Antonio Centeno, 34, and Lucia Centeno, 34, are the only ones made in connection to the thefts, but Monday's and Tuesday's recovery is connected to those two.
"Once we get all this equipment processed, we'll go back and determine who else should be arrested," Kerss said.
