Chicken Fried Turkey
All purpose flour
Seasoning salt
Eggs
Milk
Turkey breast
Fryer and oil
Take your raw turkey breast and slice it into strips, about ¾" thick. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning salt over you turkey. In a bowl mix 2 eggs and 2 cups of milk. Once the egg wash is made dip your turkey strips in the wash, then the flour, the wash again, and the flour one more time. Fry in a deep fryer at 370 degrees for about 8 minutes, depending on the overall thickness. Serve with mash potatoes and cream gravy.
