LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Huntington woman who avoided prison after exposing meth to four children now has her fate in a judge's hands after admitting to violating terms of her probation.

Amber Denise Weatherly, 21, has been in the Angelina County Jail since September 8 after the Angelina County Adult Probation Department requested her arrest after refusing to sign new terms to her probation. She also had stopped reporting to the office.

The department added terms to her probation following a misdemeanor theft arrest in May.

In Judge Gerald Goodwin's courtroom Friday morning, Weatherly pleaded true to the accusations and Goodwin ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Weatherly pleaded guilty in November to four years of probation on endangering a child. This came after the February arrest when Angelina County Sheriff's deputies uncovered a meth lab and arrested Weatherly. Four children lived at the home.
