LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to dealing cocaine, accepting a three-year prison sentence.
Frankie Dwayne Mark, 23, pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone, and also received sentences for probation violations. The sentences will run concurrent and last no longer than three years, according to his attorney, Ryan Deaton.
A Lufkin Police officer arrested Mark on the warrants during a traffic stop in March. The warrants were obtained following an undercover investigation in 2009.
