Chestnut: 43 demerits for chili and cheese not warm enough, no smoking in bathroom, all food must be labeled, remove household freezer, clean under all equipment, vent hood filter, food drains, microwave, & can openers, and toxic items stored with food items & single service items.

Taqueria Guadalajara @ 916 N. Timberland: 36 demerits for improper thawing of meat, improper temperature of fajita meat, raw meat stored improperly, remove carpet, clean under all equipment, back & front door must seal, keep window closed unless serving customers, toxic items stored with food products, and wastewater must be disposed of properly.

Mar Teres Tea Room @ 3615 Ted Trout Dr.: 19 demerits for cheese too warm, bulk food items must be labeled, repair ceiling in kitchen & dry storage area, repair self closer on back door, and bulk food item scoops must have handles.

Cheddars Restaurant & Club @ 3901 S. Medford: 18 demerits for improper temperatures, missing floor tiles in dishwashing area, clean floor under equipment in bar area, clean inside microwave, repair leak at compartment sink, store ice scoop properly, and food grade containers are required for sugar and tea bags.

Charlie's Restaurant @ 406 N. Medford: 14 demerits for food must be labeled and dated, food must be covered and protected in freezers & coolers, clean under equipment, self closer on back door must function properly, clean ice machine and store ice cream scoop properly.
