Judge delays case for Lufkin doctor accused of tax fraud

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A federal judge has granted a continuance in the case of a Lufkin doctor accused of tax fraud.

A final pre-trial conference is set for March 26 at 10 a.m. in Beaumont, in which dates for a jury selection and trial will be determined.

The pre-trial was originally set for December 19.

Mosig, 60, is accused of claiming total incomes of $0 in 2004, 2005 and 2006 on his tax returns.

Attorneys have until March 12 to file another motion for continuance.
