After disappointments in Iowa and New Hampshire, Howard Dean says he may shake up his campaign staff.
The former Vermont governor tells the Associated Press, "Nobody is leaving", but he says "there may be some additions."
Dean told the AP some staffers want him to compete in only one or two of the seven states that hold primaries next Tuesday, and then focus on Michigan, Wisconsin and Washington later in the month.
He apparently disagrees, saying, "We're going to try everywhere."
But the one-time front-runner has yet to buy television advertising time in any of the seven February third states.
He says he remains confident his outsider campaign can bring new voters to the polls.
