LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - The final suspect in a 13-defendant federal meth case is scheduled to plead guilty on Tuesday.
Court records show Mandy Nicole Slomba, 21, of Lufkin, will enter her plea on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
She will plead guilty to Count 37 of the indictment, which alleges she purchased pseudeophedrine on June 9, 2009, at the Walmart in Lufkin, for the purpose of having it manufactured for meth.
Krystal Nicole Slusher, 25, of Lufkin, Holly Linnea Vadelund, 20, of Lufkin, Louis Ray Loving, 27, of Lufkin, Amanda Hodges, 25, of Diboll, Laura Fisher Vadelund, 20, of Lufkin, Gary Justin Kelley, 26, of Pollok, Robert Wayne Dillahunty, 40, of Lufkin, Steven Edward Beam, 25, of Huntington; Lyndsey Denise Miller, 21, of Lufkin; Tiffany Lorelle Stovall, 22, of Lufkin; Terry Lee Loving, 25, of Lufkin; and Loyd Leon McElreath, 50, of Lufkin, have already entered guilty pleas in the case.
All 13 are accused of purchasing pseudeophedrine with intent to cook meth. Terry and Louis Loving are named in the federal indictment as the ones who did the cooking.
