LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An Angelina County Judge has found a Lufkin woman not guilty of meth charges following a March meth bust in Hudson.

According to prosecuting attorney Dale Summa, Judge Paul White could not find indisputable evidence to find that Robin Prater Franklin, 49, had anything to do with the pseudeophedrine or meth that was in the house.

Franklin was arrested in March along with Thomas Earl Smith, 41, of Huntington, and Aundria Whitehead Barrett, 39, of Bronson, after conducting surveillance of a trailer house on the 100 block of Meadowbrook Drive, which is next door to the Hudson Police Department.

Smith accepted a five-year prison sentence in October and Barrett is serving a probation charge.
