FOUND: 2 year old boy allegedly abducted by his father

EAST TEXAS (KTRE) – An alert has been canceled for a 2 year old boy taken allegedly by his father.  A release from the Texas Department of Public Safety says the child has been found.

Denver City Police issued the alert in an effort to locate Devin Iban Tobar, 2, who is believed to have been abducted by his father, James Edward Young, 46.  During the time the child was missing they said he could be in grave or immediate danger.

The suspect was last heard from in Denver City, Texas driving a 2004 tan/gold, GMC Extended Cab pickup. 

The alert was canceled after the child was located.  Details of the safe recovery of the boy have not been released.

The National Weather in Shreveport had relayed the alert issued by The Child Abduction Emergency Texas Division of Emergency Management.
