Texas man claims jackpot from Okla. lotto ticket

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A Hemphill, Texas, construction company owner who purchased a lottery ticket in Oklahoma has claimed a $1.2 million Hot Lotto jackpot.

Oklahoma Lottery officials said Thursday Kyle Conn bought the ticket at a convenience store in Idabel. Conn was traveling through the state on business and purchased the ticket for the Nov. 23 drawing.

Conn said he plans to celebrate his winnings with a big New Year's Eve party and will invest his prize money.
