Jon H. Boultinghouse, O.D.
Dr. Boultinghouse was born in Port Arthur, TX. Having been in private practice in Livingston since 1981, Dr. Boultinghouse joined The Center For Sight in Livingston when it opened in the Spring of 2003.
He is a seasoned veteran to the Livingston area, and as a committed member of his community, Dr. Boultinghouse is active in several civic organizations in Polk County. He is solely dedicated to seeing patients in our Livingston office.
