LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A man accused of dealing cocaine out of his Nacogdoches County home will plead guilty to a federal charge.
Court documents show Maxie Antione Deckard, 31, will plead guilty to possession with the intent to distribute cocaine base on Wednesday.
The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office arrested Deckard on September 16, 2010, following a raid on a Woden Road home. Deputies reported recovering approximately 50 grams of crack cocaine and $2,600 in cash.
Count Two of the indictment references a September 16 incident.
