CROCKETT, TX (KTRE) - A Houston County trooper arrested a Palestine woman early Tuesday after reporting her traveling with a massive amount of several different types of drugs through Crockett.
According to the arrest report, a trooper stopped a 1998 Jeep SUV, driven by Amber Michelle Christoph, 23, at 12:14 a.m., after she disregarded a stop sign on State Highway 19 in Crockett.
The trooper reported Christoph was driving from Houston to Palestine and she gave indicators of drug use and he could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Christoph gave a verbal consent to search the vehicle and the trooper reported finding 57 grams of cocaine, 97 grams of crack, 13 grams of marijuana, 92 grams of PCP and 12 grams of Xanax in the wall of the luggage area of the vehicle.
Christoph was booked into the Houston County Jail on charges of possession of marijuana and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
