An apple a day might do a whole lot more than keep the doctor away. A new study from the University of Massachusetts suggests apples and apple products might be good for your brain and memory.
Researchers got the results after putting several mice on a month-long diet that included apple juice. They found the juice aided in memory and learning in the mice. It even counteracted the negative affects of a poor diet.
Researchers attribute the findings of the study to the naturally high-level of antioxidants in apples.
