LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man will spend the next nine years in federal prison in connection to a 13-member meth conspiracy case.
Robert Wayne Dillahunty, 40, will have to serve three years of probation once he is released.
Dillahunty pleaded guilty on Sept. 29 to Count 29 of a federal grand jury indictment, which accused him of purchasing pseudeophedrine on Feb. 27, 2009, at a Walgreen's in Lufkin, for the purpose of it being used to make meth.
Dillahunty received his sentencing on Feb. 14, following a pre-sentence investigation.
Twelve other defendants have yet to receive their sentences. They are:

Laura Fisher Vadelund, 20, of Lufkin.
Krystal Nicole Slusher, 25, of Lufkin.
Mandy Nicole Slomba, 21, of Lufkin.
Steven Edward Beam, 25, of Huntington.
Loyd Leon McElreath Jr., 50, of Lufkin.
Amanda Hodges, 25, of Diboll.
