Vicki's Quick Fudge

Recipe from Vicki M.

1 lb of confectioner's sugar

6 Tbsp of Butter

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/4 tsp of salt

1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

 

Mix all the ingredients together except the nuts in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Pour immediately onto a greased or waxed papered baking sheet. Chill for 1 hour then cut into squares.
