11 east Texas restaurants got top marks in the latest inspection period by east Texas health departments. In Longview 2 restaurants were singled out for excellence,  including the Gold Rush Mercantile at 2309 Gilmer road. No violations no demerits, they had a perfect score.

Kerns bakery at 1009 east Marshall avenue. No violations no demerits.

In Tyler, Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 13815 North highway 69. No violations no demerits.

K. E. Cellars, at 4574 South Broadway. No violations no demerits.

Taco Bell, at 3808 South Broadway. No violations no demerits.

Sister 2 Sister Baked Goods, at 322 East Southeast Loop 323. No violations no demerits.

Donut Land, at 1246 North Northwest Loop 323. No violations no demerits.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, at 4751 South Broadway. No violations no demerits.

Whataburger, at 345 South Southwest Loop 323. No violations no demerits.

Tortilleria y Zaqueria Palarios at 200 North Palace. No violations no demerits.

And in Whitehouse, Rib Masters, at 803 A Highway 110. No violations no demerits.
