NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

The Nacogdoches County District Attorney's Office has dropped charges against a Houston man who was arrested in a marijuana bust in October.

Prosecuting attorney Cristin Lane said the co-defendant of Tyrone Deshawn Wilson took full responsibility for the four pounds of marijuana found under the spare tire during a DPS traffic stop on U.S. 59.

Lane said charges for Torionto Marquis Miller are pending, but that he would likely enter an interstate compact agreement and receive a probation sentence.
