ETX woman lands car upside down in creek

An East Texas woman lost control of her vehicle and ended up in a creek earlier today.

According to emergency officials, the young woman lost control of her vehicle and overcorrected, flipping upside down into a creek on FM 2908 north of FM 2767.

She was underwater for a few seconds before being able to unbuckle her seatbelt and get out of the car. According to officials the woman was playing on her iPod while driving.

The woman was cited for failure to control speed. She was not injured.
