Manhunt Monday: Person of interest sought in car shootings

It was in the early morning hours a few weeks ago when someone opened fire on two different cars as they drove on 16th Street near Southern in Phoenix.

Investigators have identified Jose Quiroz as a person they want to question about the shootings. One person in each of the vehicles was hit but both victims survived.

Quiroz is 18 years old and about 5'1" tall.  He weighs around 120 pounds.

Other wanted fugitives

Police also need help locating Rodolfo Astorga. He is 36 year old,  5'7" tall and weighs 145 pounds.  he has black hair and brown eyes. He uses several aliases and has a number of tattoos. He is wanted for probation violation after drug and aggravated DUI charges.

There's also a warrant out for the arrest Jason Seaton. He is 25 years old, 6'2" tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has a tattoo of the Phoenix bird on his neck and tattoos on both forearms. He is wanted for skipping out on auto theft and weapons charges.
