NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

Deputies with the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office have managed to track down three sex offenders allegedly not in compliance with registration requirements following a countywide operation on Thursday.

Sheriff Thomas Kerss said there are four more sex offenders believed to still be in the county which have warrants for their arrests and up to six more that are believed to be living out of state.

Kerss said deputies arrested Jonathan Wade Innis, 21, of Garrison, on Friday, at a residence on County Road 817.

Monday, deputies arrested Raymond Olden McGehee, 45, of Cushing, and Teddy Wylie Williams, 34, of Cushing.

All three are charged with sex offender's duty to register, a third-degree felony.

Williams had actually been arrested on the charge just a few days earlier. He bonded out, but was found not to be compliant with requirements again on Thursday, Kerss said.

Kerss said all three had been discovered to not be living at the residence which they had registered.

Innis was convicted twice in 2005, on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The victims were two boys aged 3 and 9.

McGehee was convicted in 2001, on a charge of indecency with a child. The victim was a 12-year-old girl.

Williams was convicted in 1997, on a charge of sexual assault of a child. The victim was a 15-year-old girl.
