Nacogdoches Co. authorities charge man with stealing credit card

NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX - The Nacogdoches County Constable Office Precinct 4 has arrested a Nacogdoches man for credit card abuse. Constable Bridges stated that his office has been working an ongoing investigation into several credit card purchases that totaled over $650 that the suspect made back in March 2012 throughout Nacogdoches County.

Constable Bridges stated that the credit card was stolen from an elderly female in Nacogdoches County which enhances the charges to a 3rd felony. The constable Office was able to track those financial charges that the suspect made at several different locations. With the help of several stores, we were able to positively identify the suspect through video footage of making those transactions.

Larry Patterson 29 years of age is currently in the Nacogdoches county Jail. He was arrested by the Nacogdoches Police Department on April 12, 2012 for the offense of theft. Constable Bridges stated that a warrant was served on Patterson at the jail for Credit Card Abuse a 3rd Felony.
