NACOGDOCHES CO., (KTRE) – Nacogdoches County Sheriff Thomas Kerss is seeking his fourth term in office but he will first have to get past challenger Jason Bridges.
Bridges is currently Constable for Precinct 4 in Nacogdoches County. He faces a 30 year veteran who has been the top law enforcement officer for Nacogdoches County since 2000.
Early voting in the May 29 Primary begins May 14 and runs through May 25. The Primary Election is May 29. The winner of the Primary gets the job because there is no Democratic nominee.
