HOPKINS COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -
A home in the Weaver Community was destroyed by fire early Wednesday morning.
The single story house in the 11,000 block of County Road 3531 was fully involved when fire fighters arrived on the scene. There was one man in the home at the time of the fire who managed to get out unharmed.
Six Fire Departments are on the scene working to extinguish the blaze. The roof collapsed and the house appears be a complete loss.
The Red Cross provided rehab to the firefighters and assistance to the resident of the home.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Hopkins County Fire Marshal.
