In The Kitchen: SportZone's Philly Cheese Steak


5 oz thin sliced rib eye steak

1 oz sliced onions

1 oz sliced green and red bell peppers

2 slices of provolone cheese

1 Italian hoagie bun


Heat an iron skillet or a non stick pan over medium heat.

Add 4 table spoons of olive oil to pan and saute' the onions and bell peppers to desired tenderness.

Add slices of meat to onions and peppers and cook together for 4 or 5 minutes.

Melt provolone cheese over meat and vegetables.

Serve on toasted hoagie roll.
