Schedule set in latest federal meth conspiracy case

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

The schedule for a man accused in a Nacogdoches County meth conspiracy has been set in federal court.

Stratton Haskell Davis, 41, of Dallas, is accused of conspiring with four others of possessing at least 50 grams of meth between Sept. 2009 until April 2010. He was indicted by a federal grand jury on April 19.

The case is set for jury selection and trial on June 11 at the Ward Burke Federal Courthouse in Lufkin.

Any motion for continuance must be filed by May 14.
