EASY STRAWBERRY CAKE
1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
1 Can Strawberry Pie Filling
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Water
Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. If using a bundt pan, bake for 35 minutes. You can ice the cake while it is still warm.
Icing for Strawberry Cake:
¼ Stick Margarine, melted
4 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
½ lb. Sifted Confectioner's Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
Let cream cheese warm to room temperature. Cream together with margarine and add vanilla. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar. Spread on warm cake.
