NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

A Timpson man has pleaded guilty to his part in a shooting in Garrison agreeing to a prison sentence.

James Alford Tutt Jr., 19, agreed to a five-year sentence in Judge Campbell Cox's courtroom Friday morning.

Tutt was involved in a November group fight in which someone pulled a gun and fired four shots.

Authorities believe Tutt's brother, Juan Tutt, was angry with another man because of a woman.

Juan Tutt and TyQuwon Bussey were also arrested in the incident.
