Judge continues case for Nacogdoches Co. meth suspect

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A federal judge has continued the case of a Dallas man accused in a Nacogdoches County drug conspiracy.

Stratton Haskell Davis, 41, of Dallas, is accused of conspiring with four others of possessing at least 50 grams of meth between Sept. 2009 until April 2010. He was indicted by a federal grand jury on April 19.

The case is set for jury selection and trial on July 9 at the Ward Burke Federal Courthouse in Lufkin.

Any motion for continuance must be filed by June 18.
