BROADDUS, TX (KTRE) -

Deputies with the San Augustine County Sheriff's Office arrested two people following an undercover drug operation in Broaddus Tuesday night.

According to the arrest report, Melissa Marshall, 31, of Broaddus, sold a small amount of Hydrocodone to an undercover deputy at a public location in Broaddus.

Deputies immediately arrested Marshall and then arrested William Logan, 55, of Illinois, after a follow-up investigation, after they found him to have a small amount of Hydrocodone and Alprazolam.

Marshall, already on probation for a conviction on delivery of a controlled substance, has another delivery charge pending now. Logan is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Marshall was arrested in March following a burglary of a pharmacy in San Augustine. According to a previous report, San Augustine Police found Hydrocodone in Marshall's home while they were investigating the burglary.
