Prosecutors say moving Scott Peterson's double-murder trial again would be pointless, because there's jury bias throughout the state of California.
Jury selection in the case is behind schedule. The court has seated just 66 potential panelists out of an initial pool of one-thousand.
Defense attorney Mark Geragos claims an impartial jury can't be found in Northern California, so tomorrow he plans to ask for another move, this time to Los Angeles.
The trial already was moved from Peterson's hometown of Modesto to Redwood City.
Peterson could face the death penalty, or life without parole if convicted of killing his pregnant wife, Laci.
