Lufkin man accused of molesting young girls multiple times

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Lufkin Police have arrested a man accused of repeatedly molesting two young girls over a period of years.

Eduardo Alvarado, 48, is charged with two counts of first-degree continuous sexual abuse of young children.

According to an arrest affidavit, the two girls, aged 8 and 10, told an adult that Alvarado had molested them. The affidavit details how Alvarado would kiss and touch them inappropriately and also forced them to have sex with him.

The affidavit states both girls have remained consistent in statements about the abuse through therapy.

Further details listed in the affidavit on the alleged assaults are being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victims.
