Nacogdoches man accused of falsifying urine, throwing it away

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches Police arrested a man accused of falsifying a urine test at his parole office and trying to throw away the evidence after he was caught Tuesday morning.

According to the report, officers responded to the 1100 block of Industrial Drive at 11:59 a.m. after someone determined Ruston Christopher Grady, 25, of Nacogdoches, had tried to falsify a urine analysis test.

The report states Grady tried to discard the equipment he used before officers arrived.

Police arrested Grady on a charge of third-degree tampering with evidence.
