NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -
A Nacogdoches man arrested in May as part of a six-month police operation concerning drug activity in Nacogdoches pleaded guilty to the crime Friday, accepting a probation sentence.
District Judge Campbell Cox approved the three-year probation sentence.
Freeney was one of ten arrested in the drug sweep in 2011.
