NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches County commissioners did not decide what they want to do with a suspended exposition center manager, ending the session with no action taken.
The court met Tuesday morning in executive session without Bill Plunkett to determine what was best for Plunkett and the county.
The court will likely meet again with Plunkett to determine the next course of action.
Plunkett has been on paid leave since August after an entertainment promoter said he did not comply with an open records request.
Special Prosecutor Karren Price determined last week that she would not pursue charges against Plunkett.
