An Angelina County man has received his punishment after being found guilty of videotaping a child during a sex act.
According to Angelina County district attorney Cylde Herrington, Sam Childress was sentenced to fifteen years in a state penitentiary for sexual performance of a child. Chidress videotaped his fifteen year old nephew having sex with a woman he had been dating back in January of 2003.
That woman, Alicia Corley, was found guilty of sexual assault of a child last October. She says she was drunk at the time, and was unaware of the boy's age.
