LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin business owner is reeling from a costly act of vandalism at his car dealership overnight Tuesday.
Besides wanting to catch who did between $20,000 and $100,000 damage to vehicles on a car lot in Lufkin, police want to know, "Why?"
According to a police report, someone overnight Tuesday caused damage to windows, mirrors, tires, paint, tail lights and headlights on a variety of car models at Al Meyer Ford. Employees discovered the destruction when they arrived at work Wednesday morning.
Managers at the car lot declined making any comment about the incident and instead said they are working with Crime Stoppers in hopes of solving the case.
