
Grant's Fried Largemouth Bass Sandwich
Bass filets
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Thick cut bread
Butter
Garlic Salt
Coleslaw mix
Dry mustard
Garlic Powder
Mayonnaise
horseradish
Ketchup
Fish fry mix
Take your bass filets and soak in Louisiana Hot Sauce over night. Then drain the excess sauce off the fish and cover in your favorite fish fry mix. Fry until golden brown.
For your Coleslaw mix take 1 cup of mayonnaise, 4 table spoons of Ketchup, 2 teaspoons of Garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons of dry mustard along ¼ cup of horseradish. Mix well with the coleslaw mix.
For the bread butter a few sliced of thick bread and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake in a 425 degree oven about 5 minutes until brown. Then place the bread on a plate. On one piece of bread place about a half cup of coleslaw mixture. Top with two pieces of fish. Enjoy!
